As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Gil is highly regarded for his deep expertise in tax law and comprehensive financial advisory services. He is known for helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial matters with clarity and confidence. Donna Gaddis
Principal - CAS
Donna Gaddis brings over 35 years of experience in accounting and auditing, with a strong specialization in the medical and non-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from Pace University and has led the successful acquisition of over $25 million in grants throughout her career.
Her expertise spans financial management, grant writing, internal controls, and organizational strategy. Donna has worked closely with non-profits and healthcare organizations to strengthen compliance, improve reporting systems, and enhance financial sustainability. She currently provides consulting services through her Passion on Purpose mentoring programs and serves as a strategic partner at Scout Financial, supporting mission-driven organizations with tailored financial solutions.
Eli Remba
Principal - Tax
Eli Remba leads tax and accounting operations at Scout Financial, working closely with clients to deliver proactive and strategic tax solutions. He earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon and is a licensed CPA in California, bringing strong technical expertise and a solutions-oriented mindset to his role.
He specializes in real estate taxation, including property transactions, short-term rentals, and 1031 exchanges, while also serving clients across industries such as entertainment, food and beverage, legal, and healthcare. Eli is recognized for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to building long-term client relationships grounded in trust, communication, and consistent results.
Alma Karic
COO
Alma Karic serves as Chief Operating Officer of Scout Financial, where she oversees core operational functions and ensures organizational structure, efficiency, and alignment across teams. She plays a key role in translating strategy into streamlined execution across the firm.
With over two decades of experience in the local community, Alma brings a balanced approach to leadership rooted in people, process, and culture. She is an active member of the Alliance Française de Pasadena and values an active lifestyle, including hiking and spending time in nature.
Daisy Bonbon
Manager- CAS
Daisy Bonbon brings over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, combining technical precision with a strong client-centered approach. She holds an Associate Degree in Computer Programming and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, giving her a unique interdisciplinary background that strengthens her analytical and organizational capabilities.
Before transitioning into accounting, Daisy worked as a Data Analyst, where she developed advanced skills in systems thinking and process optimization. She now leads the Palawan, Philippines, office operations, mentoring her team and ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all financial reporting and client deliverables.
TJ Kim
Tax Associate
TJ Kim is a Tax Associate at Scout Financial, supporting clients with tax preparation, compliance, and strategic planning. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is currently pursuing his CPA license.

Kevin Martinez is a financial services professional with over 15 years of experience supporting businesses across banking and commercial finance. He began his career at Bank of America, where he spent 13 years managing diverse client portfolios before advancing into roles at City National Bank and First Citizens Bank.
He specializes in delivering comprehensive financial solutions, including cash flow lending, real estate financing, asset-based lending, and treasury services. Kevin holds a B.A. in Management from the University of La Verne and has completed MBA-level studies in Strategy at Claremont Graduate University. He is also actively involved in community initiatives focused on hunger relief, housing, and environmental sustainability.
